NO REFUNDS.
When a retail item has been paid for, the buyer has seven (7) business days to pick up the item. If not, the item will be returned to inventor and the buyer will not get a refund.
When a retail item has been paid for and has left the building, the buyer may exchange the item for the same item. If the item they want is higher than what was purchased, the buyer will be subjected to pay the difference.
When a retainer fee has been paid for a class, no refunds will be given.
If at any reason the student needs to reschedule their class with the The Lady Brazilianaire®️, the student may do so one (1) time. This day and time will be discussed, agreed and recorded. If the student does not show up to that day and time, the student will be subjected to pay another retainer fee.
