Holding a Master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness, Joi integrates guided breathing techniques and stress-relief stretch classes into her practice, helping clients reconnect with themselves and manage the demands of everyday life.

In addition to her wellness practice, Joi is the proud owner of a dance company, Dance VYBZ Elite Training & Performance Company, committed to empowering youth.
Through dance, she instills structure, confidence, discipline, and a strong sense of sisterhood, creating a safe and inspiring space for young dancers to grow and thrive.

Meet TaShea “Shea” Scott; beauty has always been in her blood.
Growing up watching her mother work as a cosmetologist, TaShea learned early on that this industry is about so much more than looks — it’s about how you make people feel. That lesson has guided every step of her journey.
A Dallas, Oak Cliff girl, a mom of two, and an MSW, Shea has spent nearly a decade pouring her heart into her craft. In 2017, she stepped into the lash world and fell completely in love — so much so that she became the 4th licensed lash instructor in the entire state of Texas. She’ll tell you herself: lashing is her ministry. It’s the work that sets her soul on fire.
Her passion for esthetics has been burning just as long. She began that journey in 2016, and in 2024 — through dedication, life, motherhood, and everything in between — she proudly crossed the finish line and earned her Esthetician License. Waxing started as a fun little hobby, but like most things Shea touches, it turned into something she truly loves and has built into a meaningful part of her work.
In 2018, Shea opened her beauty school, and it has been a labor of love ever since. Recognized as a top-rated beauty school in both 2025 and 2026, it’s a place where students in hair, skin, and lashes don’t just get licensed — they get transformed. Shea makes sure of that. She pours into every student until they walk out the door as confident service providers and empowered businesswomen who believe in themselves as much as she believes in them.
At the heart of it all, Shea’s “why” has never changed: make people feel beautiful and make sure the women she teaches know exactly how powerful they are.
